Step 2: Customisation & Preparation (1-3 Business Days)

Each FOREVERMEMORY item is made especially for you.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully personalise and prepare your item.

At this stage, your tracking may show "processing."

You may receive a shipping confirmation email within 24-48 hours of ordering.

This is completely normal - it simply means your item is still being customised and finalised.

Step 3: Shipping (5-12 Days)

Once your customisation is complete, your order will begin its journey to you.

Shipping typically takes 5-12 days, depending on your location.
